BorneoCR bills the customer at the list price. If the customer requests a discount, they negotiate it directly with BorneoCR. Their commission is always calculated based on the final invoiced list price.
What happens if two partners bring in the same client? expand_more
FIFO: The first person to register the opportunity on the partner portal gets it. Always register before providing a quote or submitting a proposal.
How do I level up? expand_more
Automatically. We review your cumulative revenue each quarter. When you reach the threshold, your discount increases in the next billing period.
Can I lose a level? expand_more
Yes. If your revenue for the past 12 months falls below the threshold for your current level, you will be moved down to the corresponding level at the next quarterly review.
Will BorneoCR contact my clients directly? expand_more
No. BorneoCR only interacts with your end customer for technical support (L1/L2/L3). The business relationship is yours. The customer knows that BorneoCR provides the SOC, but you manage the account.
How do I get certified? expand_more
A 2–4-hour session with our team (virtual). We’ll walk you through the portal, the reports, the escalation process, and the key selling points. Without certification, you won’t have access to channel pricing.
